At this difficult time, Australia Post is also under extreme pressure, so deliveries may take a bit longer in both Metro and regional areas and we appreciate your patience. Australia Post drivers and posties are also practicing social distancing to protect themselves and you, so expect them to keep their distance when your parcel arrives.

International shipping:

Please contact us for estimated international shipping rates. Please allow 4-14 working days (depending on location) for delivery to your destination. Please note, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and it is up to the customer to find out what these costs may entail.

How can I track my parcel?

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped by Australia Post within two (2) business days. As soon as your order is packed and shipped, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. You’ll also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.

Undeliverable Parcels

At checkout, you will be asked to enter an address for delivery. If we are unable to deliver your package, it will be returned to us. We will contact you and arrange for redelivery. In this instance, we will investigate the reasons fo the non delivery and expect the cost of redelivery to be covered by the party/parties responsible for the failure of the first delivery.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

We aim to get your parcel delivered safely to you within our specified time frames. However, if you don’t receive your parcel with 10 business days, please contact us here (email link) and we’ll follow up with Australian Post on your behalf.

Damaged Goods

In very rare situations, your order may have been damaged in-transit by the Delivery Service. Please read our Returns Policy to find the right Return Option for you.

What’s your return policy?

At High Noon, our goal is to serve. We offer the highest quality goods and coffee and strive to provide outstanding customer service. Our return policies reflect that. Coffee is perishable so unfortunately; we can’t accept returns on bags that have been opened. However, we’re here to help. If we’ve made a mistake with your order, or you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Charles@highnooncoffee.com.au within 14 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to recommend a replacement.

For all other items, If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us via our contact page for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment.

The small print:
 Merch and brew gear must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
 Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
 All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

Returns and refunds will be accepted for goods that are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't function properly.
